Sean Moghimi is the founder of Quantwill Consulting and a seasoned program and project management professional with over 20 years of experience delivering complex infrastructure and capital construction projects. He holds an MSc in Railway Systems Engineering & Integration and is certified as a PMP and PMI-SP.

Sean has led planning, scheduling, and controls efforts on major public and private sector projects across aviation, transportation, oil & gas, utilities, and civil infrastructure. His expertise spans project controls, risk analysis, cost and change order management, resource planning, and earned value systems.

Before launching Quantwill, Sean contributed to major capital programs while working with top engineering and consulting firms. He has delivered projects for public and private agencies such as LAWA, LA Metro, Caltrans, OCTA, MTACC, London Underground and Chevron.

Known for combining strategic insight with hands-on delivery, Sean helps organizations plan smarter, mitigate risk, and achieve high-performance outcomes across all phases of project execution.
